Avantages
- Some talented people - Flexible working - Product has great use cases and potential - Fantastic people to work with who are helpful and honest with feedback but are also sociable
Inconvénients
- The board is very toxic - Some poor hiring decisions has lead to a bit of a revolving door in the last 18 months - Lack of incentives to hit sales targets. A rule was recently brought in that meant if you don’t hit 70% of target you miss all commission for the quarter, which naturally demotivates people, especially if they have a chance of closing deals towards the end of a quarter but aren’t near 70% overall.
