      Avantages

      Content developers are very smart, experienced, and passionate. Some world class developers. The interactive nature of the product is by far better than other learning products. Doing interesting research and analysis into the cognitive science, information retention, and reinforcement.

      Inconvénients

      There are serious issues with management trust, micro-management, and control. Sometimes senior software engineers were asked to build custom server hardware configs. Lots of last minute new features and design changes. Talk to a few previous employees before considering positions here.

      Avantages

      The software has impact, the software is extremely complex under the hood but simple and intuitive for customers to learn, the team I worked with was friendly and professional and experienced

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes I felt the progress made on advancing the software was a little slow, you can have great ideas for how to improve the software and make it better through engineering and feature updates but it's not always heard, trying to pitch or sell new ideas to upper management who would approve them before you or anyone could work on them sometimes felt a little difficult
