Avantages
Was there just over two years and got to see the company going onto the stock market which was a first for me. My role allowed me to interact with many people across the world and departments. Training budget is very good and you can gain professional certifications from this. As a company with offices around the world you can interact with people with different views, opinions and ways of thinking. People are largely friendly and helpful, which is especially helpful during onboarding.
Inconvénients
Lots of managers and not enough workers. Workloads increased following people leaving and positions not being refilled. No real pathways to move up within the company. People seem to be employed for over 8 years or 2 and under. very few in between. Management do not give off the impression that they truly care and value their employees. I was left to feel alone and as if my opinion did not matter. This is the main reason for my decision to leave.
