      Avantages

      Generally you dont have to work overtime and can get competitive pay if you can negotiate during hiring. 5.5 days working.

      Inconvénients

      nothing is on schedule, no overtime pay, no bonuses, no regular HR policies, cameras in all work areas, no internet access, no earned leaves, casual leaves on managements discretion, no get together or employee welfare encouragement.

      Avantages

      All Saturday and sunday off Office boy is a great guy.

      Inconvénients

      Long workings hours If you'll try to leave on time manager will guilt trip you. They will give you work at 5 PM and expects you to sit and finish it. While leaving everytime you've to seek permission. Zero extra curricular activities. Bland office culture. If you've to take leave you'll be working extra hours just to compensate it. Even for leaving on time you've to take permission 1 week before. There is only entry timings and no OT or anything. There is no etery or anything near by.

      Uncultured higher management Lack of design knowledge in most professionals Subpar quality and work allocation Toxic work environment
