      Avantages

      Previously, the work culture was good. You come to office, do your work and go to home

      Inconvénients

      However, recently they had installed screen timer in our laptops to measure the actual working hours, but except that working with AR was a good experience.

      It's a good company no doubt, very supportive and good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      The organizational culture has shifted in a way that blurs professional boundaries. There seems to be favoritism and overly informal behavior from senior management toward certain junior employees. This creates an environment that feels uncomfortable and lacking in professionalism. Establishing clear leadership boundaries and maintaining equal treatment would greatly improve the workplace atmosphere.
