      Avantages

      Free membership and most coworkers (other than manager) are cool. Members are cool too.

      Inconvénients

      Not allowed to do anything wrong. Things must be done the managers way or it isn't the right way. Strict about the weirdest things (write up if you click in one minute late even if it's cause of weather). Only a ten percent discount lolol vacuum catches on fire and won't get replaced Manager tries to steal sales. Literally none of the employees even like him lol commission on sales isn't very good either

      Avantages

      Fantastic gyms, great overall product and you are interacting with an incredible member base.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely horrible working culture. Upper management puts 0 time into development of their people but expects flawless execution 24/7 365. You will never be doing a “good job”. Regardless of team member and member feedback. No GM at this company has ever lasted over a year. And they laid off or lost their entire GM cast in a 6 month span.
