Pray you get a good territory
Inconvénients
You have to build all your own pipeline and your territory is key to your success. Without a territory that needs the product, you are unlikely to succeed and you won't be told this when they're hiring you, and they'll continue to gaslight you throughout your tenure. Super long and difficult sales cycle on a very very very hard product to sell.
