Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Good work life balance. Compensation (salary + benefits) was good (in Barcelona). Some interesting projects (I was involved in an E-commerce project). budgets are extensible whatever the ROI (the e-commerce project costed 10M euros to generate 1M revenues...not all companies can still afford it)

Inconvénients

Lack of management culture. Lack of reward of individual performance. In Paris typical French nepotism (entre-soi) between the so-called "Grandes écoles". Barcelona IT hub is a south american-spanish hub (only 1-2 non-native Spanish speaker out of 50 people!), with all that it entails... Risk taking is not fostered.
