Avantages
Easy to pass the interview, can be working within a matter of days. Will always have work available, easy to be a good employee if you show up on time, do your job like you're supposed to and clock out on time. Jackets are of good quality!
Inconvénients
Middle management only cares about the money, to the point where they will deliberately keep guards at thirty-two hours a week just to, and I quote a manager who said this "keep them hungry for overtime" when the hours to keep the guards at forty hours a week is easily available. The management will not accept any excuses for calling off (emergency room, car breaking down, children, etc). Management plays games with their guards and will break the law if they think they can get away with it. Upward mobility can be done, but be prepared to be cussed at. Management derides guards behind their back even when they've been doing decent work. Direct Deposit is available for Supervisors but NOT for regular guards (deliberately). Uniforms tear easily.
