      Inconvénients

      Logistics Manager didnt know how to do his job and had zero respect for staff. Was a great job that many people enjoyed until this person was hired. A lot of false promises.

      Avantages

      You can learn alot no departmental boundaries

      Inconvénients

      Toxic working culture, no work life balance, too much micro managing, some employees lack basic manners, lot of favouritism. No appreciation for good work while mistakes are highlighted and pointed infront of everyone.
