      Avantages

      ASSET is a good place to work if you can be somewhat self-directed. There is a lot of direction but you have to figure a lot of things out on your own.

      Inconvénients

      ASSET doesn't currently offer much room for advancement or change. If you get into a position with certain duties, chances are those will be yours for the duration.

      Avantages

      Small company with low stress and family atmosphere. It was a pleasure to go into work everyday. The work is interesting and the people are great.

      Inconvénients

      Because its a small company there isn't any room for advancement. The company has been going through a very rough year and laying people off. If things pick up again for them I would love to go back.
