Avantages
The work environment here is very hard-working yet relaxing and enjoyable. With the autonomy you're given at this company, the sky is the limit regarding what you'll be doing on a day to day and what you'd like to learn more about in this industry. There is no hierarchy! We are all truly one family working together towards one goal. In my few short months working here, I've learned so much about myself and how to hold myself more accountable in life and at work. It feels super good to be around such supportive, hard-working young men and women who push you to be better every day!
Inconvénients
Absolutely none. I look forward to getting out of bed and coming to work every single day now that I've finally found a company that cares and listens to our wants and needs. With the autonomy and flexibility this company has for its employees, it's hard to complain!
