      Value external experience more than internal experience Site's management communication is poor (communication from HQ is strong) Work-life balance can be very poor, heavily depends on role and project Diversity and inclusion initiatives are largely performative Quality is always tauted as a value by management but this is not backed by any actions or support

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
