Perspective commerciale
Avantages
ASML is a technically challenging place to work. Very few projects are about churning out results, most are more complex that force you to use all of your skills. People are generally good to work with and will help you grow.
Inconvénients
Very large organization can make you feel like a small fish in a big pond. Once you understand the organization and how it works it is much easier to see how you fit. Culture is very different than most US based companies with little holding back of opinions from anyone. This does take some getting used to but after the adjustment I find it to be a very open and honest place.
