      Avantages

      ASML is a giant company with many people moving around. There are always opportunities to grow and change directions. Lot of opportunity for overtime and extra shifts

      Inconvénients

      As you progress up the management ladder you begin to sacrifice more and more time and energy for slightly less pay. This job is great for starting a career and about 3 years after that to use the skills you learned and take them elsewhere.
