      Avantages

      ASML is one of the best employer in Netherlands in terms or pay, holidays, bonus and other benefits. The onboarding was one of the best. Work wise I think it would be very satisfying if you are from mechatronics or physics or project management background.

      Inconvénients

      Very process intensive and not very flexible/ agile in planning.

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
