Avantages
ASML seems to be in a constant state of frenzy. With 26000 employees it still acts like a start-up. Lots of highly intelligent people with an achievement drive that are relentlessly finding the flaw in state of the art technology. Challenging each other is as much common practice as challenging the status quo. It’s really cool to work for a company that does what no-one else can, and you be part of progress.
Inconvénients
Oftentimes the challenge becomes an attack and the entrepreneurial spirit leads to sub-optimisation. There are many silos. Management is weak.
