      - You can find endless opportunities within ASML. - very diverse people from multiple cultural backgrounds - get to work with very smart people on very complex engineering problems

      Inconvénients

      - Communication is not well established both within clusters and groups and also socially. - There is still a Dutch hegemony on line management.
