      Bosses very helpful and understand staff's weaknesses & potential. Managers guidance is top notch Staff relationships like family. Helping each other.

      Inconvénients

      Need to pay for parking (MBSA). Considering to ride motorcycle after this.

      no pros at all .

      Inconvénients

      work as teacher. loaded work. no rest time. minimum wages with no overtime pay. useless. good with others but toxic environment. not recommend here

      Avantages

      Pros that can be said includes opportunity to learn lots of new things especially for fresh graduates.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of life work balance due to overburden job scope. Management always push employee to do things that didn't exist in the job scope. Culture wise, still need improvement as it still stucks with 80's and 90's corporate culture despite we almost meet 2023.
