      Avantages

      Good pay for supervisors and senior staff.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training, trust, organization (to a small degree), large number of staff who are still learning English which makes communication difficult. Fake certificates on the spot.

      The co workers are great

      Inconvénients

      Managers are fake. They pride themselves in not slandering each other but thats all they do to anyone no matter how hard you work. They'll make promises they can't keep and until you confront them they won't tell you different
