Avantages
didn't have any i can think of to be honest.
Inconvénients
Would take too long to list them all, a few however include: Management - a total shambles, from head office down to the shop floor. Absolutely no communication in-between hierarchy. Work force are lazy and grumpy, bad work ethic due to bad working environment. Lack of staff due to budgets.
