Bad management and hostile environment - Avis employé Home Shopper ASDA

Very hostile environment, managers shout at employees in a very unprofessional manner in front of other employees and customers. Harassment of new as well as old employees about the targets. The technology used to scan items were faulty a lot of the time, items such as cages and pallets with heavy items stacked in-front of shelves making it impossible to pick all the items requested by the customer. Instead of fixing these issues first employees were harassed for not meeting targets that can’t be met due to these said issues.
