Telling you that you cannot have specific holidays as they have no cover, yet when anyone goes on holiday they have no cover, Be given multiple peoples jobs to do including you own.(e.g. work your racking and process it, then take dates off another department, then do markdowns, then work delivery) Being asked to tidy the shelves when the racking has not been worked all day. Not allowed to talk to other colleagues on department even if working. Please note that the recent restructure made the majority of managers redundant (some with over 20 years service at the company) and the ones kept now have to cover sections of the shop instead of single departments
