Avantages
-easy work, not hard to pick up and good if you enjoy chatting to customers. -colleagues, most people I have worked with are lovely -hours are very flexible which is good if you are studying or have children -10% discount card after 12 weeks of probation
Inconvénients
-not always a lot of support given in situations where customers are obstructive -as a seasonal colleague you are often not in the loop when it comes to new changes in the system or in procedure -long and unsociable hours- a lot of evenings and weekends and as a seasonal colleague you have to work every bank holiday -often understaffed, particularly on self scan
