      Avantages

      Embraces lifelong learning for members and employees. This is non-profit mission with a for profit mentality. It provides an excellent opportunity for those new to the association profession to learn at an accelerated pace.

      Inconvénients

      Executive leadership is not always transparent about their plans. Staff are unsure that is because the plans are not clear, or if its part of a larger strategy.

      Like any role, there are busy periods where the work can be demanding, especially during peak times or deadlines.

      little to no oversight, so most people do very little actual work.

      Inconvénients

      leadership is driving the company into a burning fire. worst IT department security leadership I've seen. heavy drinking culture. this was one of the least diverse workplaces I have ever seen.
