      Avantages

      When the pay is there, it's really good. The people can be nice when you see them.

      Inconvénients

      Major disconnect between the executives and general employees. Hard to feel like the executives care about the employees at all. It's all about the bottom line. No actual maternity leave. You just use short-term disability and FMLA.

      Avantages

      Almost everyone is happy and kind. Flexible and understanding Hybrid The days are smooth and for the most part easy going, the environment is very peaceful even when there is a lot going on. No micromanagement

      Inconvénients

      I honestly don’t have any cons.

      Avantages

      Higher salary if you’re bilingual.

      Inconvénients

      What management expects us to do and achieve is IMPOSSIBLE!!! No wonder that the turnover rate is huge because the company is a revolving door! There new hires monthly but then employees quitting were as much!
