ASC does, in fact, have a yearly end-of-year monetary gift to employees based on their performance, company profit, and other factors. The amount can range from a couple hundred dollars to over ten thousand dollars depending on the employees position, their performance, and their contribution to ASC's success that year. As an engineer, you would have certainly received this, but maybe you forgot. As for engineering salaries, ASC salaries are commensurate and often higher than those offered at similar manufacturing firms in the greater Los Angeles area. Lastly, work-life balance is important to ASC and as such we allow salaried employees reasonable flexibility in their start times and work day duration. There is no fixed start time. Some engineers choose to work 40 hrs per week while others work more hours based on their own, independent decisions. Best of luck to you in your pursuits.
