      Avantages

      Clear and achievable expectations are set. Great co-workers and team environment to meet deadlines and provide the best product to the customers. Encouraging and helpful management. Very understanding of individual circumstances with regards to time-off, promotions, and family emergencies. Fun and frequent work events. Management cares a lot about the safety and well-being of their employees, and will sacrifice dead lines to make sure their employees aren't over worked.

      Inconvénients

      There tends to be drama within individual departments that may lead to worse communication and worse efficiency.

      Thanks for the review. You are correct that we have lots of work, and it's also true that sometimes that work load can add stress to your day. Sorry about that. We are continuing to take steps to improve the work efforts so that they occur with fewer roadblocks. Hopefully that will make your day less stressful in the future. As for the investment opportunities, ASC is privately held and as such does not issue stock or options to employees.

      Avantages

      Decent starter job for controls engineer

      Inconvénients

      Management will very rarely have your back as the dollar sign is gods word. Field work sounds exciting at first but will ship you out on back to back multi-month jobs without breaks. There are snakes in the other departments that will try to bring you down to bring themselves up. Benefits arent great either and judge you for taking sick days and vacation time.
