      Avantages

      Full time employment & lots of overtime. Since the company is still growing there is something new to learn all the time. Company offers health insurance, 401K with 6% match, education reimbursement and accrued vacation time. Employees are very friendly, great group of people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Parking Sucks! Favoritism is sometimes noticed; all employees should be treated the same. Work load is high in more than one department; more than can be handled in an eight hour work day, only bad if you have a family to go home to and if you have a busy social life.

      Thanks for the review. You are correct that we have lots of work, and it's also true that sometimes that work load can add stress to your day. Sorry about that. We are continuing to take steps to improve the work efforts so that they occur with fewer roadblocks. Hopefully that will make your day less stressful in the future. As for the investment opportunities, ASC is privately held and as such does not issue stock or options to employees.

      Decent starter job for controls engineer

      Inconvénients

      Management will very rarely have your back as the dollar sign is gods word. Field work sounds exciting at first but will ship you out on back to back multi-month jobs without breaks. There are snakes in the other departments that will try to bring you down to bring themselves up. Benefits arent great either and judge you for taking sick days and vacation time.
