Avantages
I love meeting people face to face and helping them with their insurance concerns. The more people that I talk too I find the more clients that just want someone they can trust and help the with their health to their wealth. I love learning something new and getting out there everyday and making a difference in someone else's life. The insurance market is very confusing to the general public and we really provide a wonderful service.
Inconvénients
With any professional profession, it takes time and hard work. Most people can't handle when someone says "NO" to them. They unfortunately quit and blame others for their failure. The ability to connect on a personal level with a client and forget about how much money you are going to make is a big reason why people fail. As long as you care about people and will do the right thing under pressure, just about any personality will be successful in the insurance business.
