      -No time sheet -Learn by doing -Easy going coworkers -Good for no experience who wants to start a career in public accounting

      Inconvénients

      -No formal training -OT during busy season; 55-60 hrs a week -Much LOWER PAY compare with the market -High turnover rate -Saturday audit project without pay (lunch compensation only) -Will not sign your CPA unless you really sell your soul to the company
