      Systematic artwork lineup throughout the year. Potential to earn incentives every month.

      Inconvénients

      Working alongside of incompetent partners is a nightmare. Weekend scheduling is a nightmare especially with shortage of teachers. Management keep introducing unnecessary tasks that becomes taxing overtime.

      flexible time, good for when you are studying and looking for work.

      there are penalties for everything. no staff welfare
