      ARS is a small company. The Dallas office had around 16 employees.

      Small office, garage parking, and very friendly owner and president.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of variety of work. Employees spread too thin, lack of spending on employees.

      Good pay and flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      No support from the top down, unstable / tense environment, no real HR, no cohesion within departments, tense work environment, vindictive personalities to manage
