Toxic work environment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) ARS Progetti

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked at. I strongly discourage anyone to work for this firm. The upper management is family based and lacks of professionalism and skills. They treat employees with arrogance and total disrespect. Working conditions are very poor and some of my colleagues filed grievances against the company to claim their rights (unpaid extra working hours, unfair labour practices and so on). The consistent employee turnover at the company is a clear sign that management is not able to treat their employees decently.
