The company has recently won the "Best of Naperville - 2014" award for Software category. The PoS software of ARBA is one of the best in the industry. The company deals with PoS solutions for Retail and healthcare industries. So, it is a good choice for anybody who want to acquire industry knowledge of Retail/Healthcare. The clients range from small businesses to corporate entities, so working with the clients is challenging.

      Inconvénients

      ARBA Retail Systems is evolving and there is still a scope of better HR practices. Not for people who cannot survive challenges on a day-to-day basis.

      Avantages

      Managers are very helpful and communicate very well. Goals are set very clearly and tracked regularly. All staff members seem happy and like their job. Comes with flexibility.

      bad news working there, high expections working from 8a to 11p at night and too high expectations unrealistic
