Avantages
The people are great. Environment is laid back and everyone was very nice, there was a definite friendly vibe and everyone treated others well personally. There is a lot to learn and if you don't have any experience you can still get hired and start your career.
Inconvénients
Pay is very low and not competitive at all for the requirements. Health insurance costs 20% of take-home pay for single coverage, and for family it's 80% of take-home. Concerns are not addressed. Any issues or changes that require the company to do anything are put back on staff as being something that is staff's fault, even when concerns are legitimate. During hiring management talks about how raises are in the future or that there is so much opportunity to advance internally but in reality raises hardly ever happen and higher level positions only open once or twice per year, which is too long to wait at the pay rate.
