      Inconvénients

      Very fast paced work environment, not for the faint of heart. If you want to hustle and build a career in this field, it's a great place to learn. If you're just looking for a job and not trying to push yourself, go to a bigger RE company

      Avantages

      The principals are tough but if you are smart you are rewarded and respected. High expectations and moves fast, not for the faint of heart.

      Inconvénients

      Not a large company with endless resources. Tough combination with things moving very fast.
