Avantages
Relaxed environment. For the most part, everyone was friendly. I like the fact that the company tried hard to engage with employees and know them as individuals.
Inconvénients
It's an old brand. You're constantly having to defend the company to external parties. It's frustrating at times because people have this perception of AOL.
