      None that I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      -Very poor management - the MD is terrifying and not very pleasant -No flexibility -No decent benefits -Poor pay (no bonus) -Terrible culture in both the office and factory -Very high turnover of staff -No progression opportunities

      Avantages

      All are treated as adults. The goals are clear and the work is fulfilling.

      Inconvénients

      Because it is an all virtual environment, it is harder to develop relationships.
