Avantages
Offices are very good and the setup is also very comfortable. The gadgets provided are also great. No doubt the clients they are tied up to are well known and good to work with but not through this company.
Inconvénients
1. Worst management. I have seen 4 change in directors in just one year of my employment tenure. 2. Attrition rate is super high and hence you can definitely measure the toxicity into the company. 3. The whole company rotates around one lady senior manager. Starting from the directors. HRs managers and analysts every single person is controlled by her. 4. Suddenly a director has been promoted to SVP. 5. In order to reduce the attrition rate, the company recently promoted 350+ employees so that they don't leave the company. 6. Not at all employee centric. 7. No proper cultural team to hold events. Everything gets planned on the last moment. 8. The person who is having a factory of butter, can succeed and stay otherwise you will be mentally harassed.
