      The interview process is a bait-and-switch, with promises of a great opportunity followed by offers that don’t match market value. Ametek undervalues skilled professionals by offering below-market wages, assuming that anyone qualified wouldn’t stick around long enough to ask for better compensation. Promotions are typically given to individuals who lack the ambition or capacity to seek out more competitive opportunities, reinforcing mediocrity. The company culture discourages talent retention, offering little incentive for employees to stay long-term or grow within the company.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
