Avantages

Inconvénients
It's more a Sales and Services company than a product based company. Products are in the form of Business Unit which are based at US or UK, If BU is not there then there's no product as such. If you are in sales your job is 100% safe, but if you are into hardware engineering or software engineering then you never know when your job will be gone. People with less experience get eye catching salary than more experienced people because they are favorite of management. You will get career lowest hike every year, no matter how much hardwork you do, you are going to get 3 as rating, it can never go beyond 3. If you are offered job please think 1000 times and join with high risk.
