      Ametek is very people focused and are always hosting events for staff. Great atmosphere and generally a positive place to be.

      Not much, some process's can be rigid as with most corporations.

      Avantages

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
