Zero leadership at the company. They have no idea how to run an organization. You will get zero to minimal support to help you do your job. The National Sales Director doesn’t even live in the country. There is no training program or support for the development of your team.

Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

Inconvénients

Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
