      Avantages

      Work unsupervised, as long as you complete tasks correctly and in a timely manner.

      Inconvénients

      Very Little training or support on new equipment as it is rolled out. After your initial OTJ and hands on training in the Solution center you receive very little in the way of subsequent training on new equipment as it rolls out, you're expected to figure it out while installing or working on the new equipment.

      Avantages

      Worked out of the Wisconsin area everyone was pretty nice and had a decent amount of communication. Yearly get together with everyone in the area paid for hotel, drinks, and food. Bill, Travis, and Luke were real ones

      Inconvénients

      running you through training asap to get to customers because they need bodies and dont want to lose a machine contract. Wisconsin area has the most techs so they will pawn you off to other areas because they dont have the man power. I was told id almost never leave my area probably spent the night hours from home 50 nights my first year when i was told it wouldnt be more than 10.
