      Long term employees. Loyalty of 20+ years is not often seen these days. Glad to be with a company that retains talent

      Inconvénients

      Not the highest pay, but competitive overall in the work force. Have to seek opportunities for growth. Career path is not fully defined unless you seek direction.

      Inconvénients

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
