      Good place to work,good pay and benefits,Fairly easy going management, plenty of over time when busy,mostly good working conditions,fast pay increases

      Inconvénients

      Being a steel fabrication shop somewhat dirty and messier than it should be,as most places some foreman lack leadership abilities
