      High level of innovation. Good treatment of human resources. High level of freedom. Combintation of private and working life is quite good.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is not really high comparing with the volume of work done and level of responsability. More training should be good.

      Inconvénients

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
