Inconvénients
1. No work-life balance AT ALL. They tend to mix up your rosters from day (starts at 7) to night shifts (finishes at 9-10pm) 2. Horrible Area Manager (as a professional, not as a human), they just swap managers around whenever they like, which leaves an unstable, fragile, in-cohesive work culture 3. THE WORST IS THE CUSTOMERS, there're lovely people but I what i mean is the people that mistreat us just because "price are going up" or we "have it easy" by sitting down at the register or refuse to pack the bags at the packing bench. Other than that, thefts are such a norm and us staff can't do anything about it, one of my colleagues got assaulted when confronted the thieves.
