Avantages
They are flexible with my days of working. I was given regular days each week to work, Weds and Sat. I always worked the same time. Tis was unusual though. Each Aldi is different and can be like separate companies, depending on the management. The customers are generally lovely, and the colleagues are nice. Extra shifts usually available if required.
Inconvénients
No way of talking to colleagues really as your either working or breaking separately. Management changed a lot, Always working on bare minimum staff.
